If for any reason you are not satisified with your purchase, you may return within 30 days from invoice date with no questions asked, for a full product refund (minus shipping charge) - Return product insured prepaid to the address listed below. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If you do not have a Credit Card you can still order from us.

You can Mail your order with a Check or Money Order. Just jot down Item Number, Quantity, and a brief description and add $4.95 shipping (NC Residents please add 6.75% NC Sales Tax to grand total for our friends in Raleigh - it is them that charge sales tax - we are only their collector.)
Or you can use the Secure Shopping Cart and leave the Charge Card Information blank and print out the automated Order Confirmation E-Mail you receive and mail that with your Check or Money Order.

We normally ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt (except weekends and holidays of course) usually by Priority Mail, which usually takes 1 to 4 days shipping time, depending on how far away you are from us.
